Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a uma composição aquosa de limpeza que é utilizável para a remoção de gordura ou alcatrão sem qualquer ação mecânica. Em particular, as presentes composições são derivadas de três fases líquidas que se mesclam no ponto tricrítico para formar uma massa contínua, formando a composição aquosa de limpeza, em que as três fases incorporam pelo menos um solvente polar, um solvente não-polar ou um solvente fracamente polar e um anfífilo de baixo peso molecular dispersível em água ou solúvel em água.
