Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um extrator de suco (10) de ponto de venda onde diversos tipos de frutas a serem processadas são alimentadas a uma placa de raspagem (36) a partir de um recipiente de armazenagem (34) através de uma rosca. O suco é liberado da fruta na placa de raspagem (36) e centrifugado para um recipiente coletor enquanto o subproduto de polpa de rejeito é descarregado num recipiente de rejeito.
