Abstract
A presente invenção compreende um grupo de compostos que inibem efetivamente a angiogênese. Mais especificamente, a talidomida e vários compostos correlatos tais como precursores de talidomida, análogos, metabolitos e produtos da hidrólise, se mostraram inibidores de angiogênese. Valiosamente, estes compostos podem ser administrados oralmente.
