Abstract
A presente invenção trata de um processo de síntese de partículas ocas de fosfato de alumínio para uso como pigmento branco. O processo desenvolvido compreende as seguintes etapas básicas: a) síntese do fosfato de alumínio amorfo; b.1) tratamento térmico; ou b.2) dispersão de pós em meios aquosos tais como emulsões de látexes poliméricos, seguida de secagem dos pigmentos desta dispersão.
