Abstract

Compressor tipo espiral hermético (10) incluindo um invólucro (12) à pressão de descarga, elementos de espiral fixo e orbitante (48, 50), e um eixo de manivela acoplado ao elemento de espiral orbitante. Uma superfície posterior (65) do elemento de espiral orbitante está exposta para descarregar pressão e obrigar o elemento de espiral orbitante a ceder axialmente com o elemento de espiral fixo. Uma válvula de descarga de pressão interna (120) está conectada dentro do invólucro ao espaço de sucção (98) entre as espirais para compensar momentos de pressão de descarga elevada e aliviar o elemento de espiral orbitante durante o carregamento no elemento de espiral fixo.
