Processo aperfeiçoado para preparação de formulações farmacêuticas com liberação sob controle compreende a exposição da mistura compreendendo um ou mais excipientes e um ou mais ingredientes ativos compatíveis um com o outro e com os ditos excipientes a ações mecânicas ou eletromecânicas, por um período de tempo estabelecido e dentro de uma ampla faixa de freqüências, para fornecer comprimidos, matrizes ou películas mono ou de multicamada. Ditas formulações podem ser opcionalmente moídas para fornecer um granulado ou pó. Dependendo do excipiente empregado, pode ser obtida uma liberação retardada ou rápida, porém sempre controlada ou ingrediente ativo.
