Patente de Invenção: : MATERIAL DE ÍMÃ PERMANENTE CONTENDO UM ELEMENTO DE TERRA RARA, FERRO, NITROGÊNIO E CARBONO" . Materiais magnéticos contendo um metal de terra rara, e ferro ou um metal similar, bem como nitrogênio e carbono seqüencialmente em um composto intermediário pai; os materiais magnéticos resultantes têm alta T~ c~, ~ o~ M~ s~ e ~ o~H~ A~ , são essencialmente isentos de -Fe, e têm coercividade a 300^ o^ K de pelo menos 1,5 T. Materiais magnéticos anisotrópicos são produzidos por pré-tratamento do composto intermediário, que contém carbono, por sinterização em pó ou moldagem a quente orientada, seguida por nitretação e/ou carbetação.
