O suporte (14) é provido com meios de fixação (16) para conectá-lo às costas (18) de uma cadeira de dentista (20) e o braço articulado (44) pode assumir uma condição de trabalho na qual os dois dispositivos quadriláteros articulados (46, 48) sejam dispostos a 90° um em relação ao outro.
