Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "PROCESSO PARA MODIFICAÇÃO ENZIMÁTICA DE MACROMOLÉCULA BIOLÓGICA". É descrito um processo novo para a modificação enzimática de macromoléculas biológicas. O procedimento é rápido, e suficiente, e adequado para reação catalisada por enzina. O mesmo pode ser utilização para digestão de endonuclease de restrição de amostrar de DNA e facilita um dos procedimentos demorados da pesquisa de ácido nucleico. O processo também é adaptável para procedimentos automatizados em pesquisa biológica.
