Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UMA RODA DE VEÍCULO, DE ALUMÍNIO FUNDIDO. Um processo para produzir uma roda de veículo de alumínio fundido (10) utiliza um sistema de aquecimento infravermelho elétrico, de alta intensidade (44) para tratar termicamente a roda (10). O sistema de aquecimento infravermelho (44) é um sistema do tipo indexador que inclui uma pluralidade de estações de aquecimento, individuais (estações n. 1 - n. 12). Um primeiro grupo de estações de aquecimento (estações n. 2 - n. 6) efetua tratamento térmico em solução da roda (10), enquanto um segundo grupo (estações n. 8 - n. 12) efetua cura artificial. O sistema infravermelho (44) permite que o tratamento térmico em solução e cura sejam concluíndos em menos de 15 minutos.
