Abstract
"VACINA APERFEIÇOADA CONTRA BRUCELLA ABORTUS". A presente invenção é uma vacina aperfeiçoada contra " Brucella abortus" que permite a diferenciação entre o gado infectado pela cepa e o vacinado no campo. Tal vacina pode ser administrada de duas diferentes formas: (1) envelopes de células isolados a partir de um mutante transposon estável deficiente em atígeno o polissacarídeo de "B". abortus ou (2) um mutante transposon estável deficiente em antígeno O polissacarídeo de "B. abortus".
