Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "ANTICORPOS MONOCLONAIS HUMANOS ANTI RHESUS-D E COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA QUE OS CONTÉM". A invenção é relativa a dois anticorpos monoclonais humanos de sub-classes IgG1 e IgG3, contra o antígeno Rhesus-D e a composição farmacêutica que contém a mistura dos referidos anticorpos, mais particularmente destinados a profilaxia de doença hemolítica do recém-nascido. A invenção tambem é relativa as linhas de células heterohibridona que produz estes anticorpos que são depositados com o "Deutsche Sammlung von Mikrooganismen und Zellkulturen" através dos números de acesso DSM AC 2039 E DSM AC 2040.
