Esta invenção, propõe que em correias transportadoras (3) fabricadas em borracha ou em lona, sejam inseridos segmentos metálicos (1) alinhados ao longo do seu comprimento espaçados entre si, uniformemente ou segundo uma ordenação específica, permitindo que, com o uso de sensores (2) tipo indutivo ou capacitivo, sejam supervisionados todos os parâmetros operacionais do transportador, tais como alinhamento, esticamento, deslizamento, ruptura, velocidade, carga, etc. Aplicação em sistemas de transportadores por correia, elevadores de caneca, etc.
