Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE UM MONO- OU DIACETÓXI INDOL". Um indol da fórmula geral da Fig. I, na qual R^ 5^ e R^ 6^ são acetóxi ou hidrogênio, pelo menos um dentre R^ 5^ e R^ 6^ sendo acetóxi, é preparado, com bom rendimento, por uma síntese em um único reator, sem extração, recristalização ou separação do produto de reação intermediário; um composto da fórmula da Fig. II, na qual R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ são benzilóxi ou hidrogênio, desde que pelo menos um dentre R^ 1^ e R^ 2^ seja benzilóxi, é submetido à ciclização redutiva seguido por acetilação do produto de reação resultante.
