Abstract
Trata-se de uma roda de esmeril abrasiva compósita com propriedades térmicas aperfeiçoadas compreendendo um substrato fibroso com partículas abrasivas aderidas ao mesmo por um ligante de poliuretano reticulado compreendendo grupos heterocíclicos. As estruturas heterocíclicas, tais como anéis isocianurato e/ou oxazolidona no sistema ligante melhoram as propriedades térmicas exigidas para uma roda abrasiva durável resistente.
