Abstract
A presente invenção fornece um dispersante de pigmento de copolímero modificado útil para uso em sistemas aquosos de revestimento. O copolímero modificado é formado a partir de monômero etilenicamente insaturado, polímero de polialquileno glicol e um composto contendo uréia que atua como um substituinte interativo com pigmento. O componente da reação de monômero etilenicamente insaturado compreende uma mistura de estruturas tendo funcionalidade isocianato, anidrido e/ou epóxi e estruturas não tendo qualquer destas funcionalidades.
