Abstract
Patente de Invenção "MÉTODO E APARELHO PARA O PRÉ-AQUECIMENTO CONTÍNUO DE MATERIAIS DE CARGA PARA UM FORNO DE FABRICAÇÃO DE AÇO". Trata-se de um método e um aparelho para reduzir a produção ou emissão de gases nocivos, enquanto que é pré-aquecida continuamente uma mistura de materiais de carga de sucata contendo ferro para uma operação de forno elétrico de fabricação de aço com gás de saída do forno, incluindo a provisão para combustão controlada dentro da câmara de pré-aquecimento. Os gases removidos são em seguida tratados por incineração térmica da matéria residual combustível antes de serem liberados na atmosfera, para garantir que nenhum gás nocivo seja emitido.
