Abstract
É descrita uma composição para a higiene pessoal que inclui um sal, de preferência um sal de sódio, de álcool etoxi gliceril sulfonato. O sal de sódio de álcool etoxi gliceril sulfonato preferido tem a fórmula (vide fórmula): na qual R é um radical com 4 a 24 átomos de carbono e n é um número de 1 a 10. A composição pode tomar a forma de uma barra, uma barra com, uma barra syndet, um shampoo, um sabão líquido, um preparado para banho espumante ou de um gel para banho.
