Abstract
A invenção refere-se a um mecanismo de vedação colocado entre a tampa da embreagem e o anel de regulagem, sendo a tampa da embreagem e o anel de regulagem unidos pela rosca interna da tampa da embreagem e a rosca externa do anel de regulagem. A tampa da embreagem possui uma superfície cilíndrica e lisa, próxima à rosca interna, enquanto o anel de regulagem tem uma ranhura, próxima à rosca externa, existindo na ranhura um anel em O que estabelece contato vedante com a superfície cilíndrica e lisa. O anel em O retém uma camada de graxa entre as roscas, eliminando substancialmente a saída da graxa.
