Abstract
Um eixo de acionamento tem uma extremidade de acionamento e uma extremidade acionada, e é dotado na extremidade de acionamento com uma rosca helicoidal externa e uma superfície piloto cilíndrica, disposta entre a rosca e a extremidade de acionamento, a superfície piloto tendo um diâmetro aproximadamente igual ao diâmetro interno da rosca. Durante a montagem de um impulsor ao eixo de acionamento, uma superfície plana e nivelada de topo de uma rosca helicoidal interna no impulsor apoia-se sobre a superfície piloto. O eixo tem uma superfície piloto adicional sobre o outro lado da rosca do eixo. Na montagem do impulsor no eixo, as duas superfícies piloto sobre o eixo acoplam as duas cavidades do cubo do impulsor de precisão, que escarancham as roscas, para proporcioanar um ajuste firme controlado do impulsor e do eixo um ao outro, e para manter os eixos geométricos do impulsor e do eixo nivelados uns com os outros.
