Abstract
Uma composição cosmética para aplicação tópica na pele e/ou cabelo inclui, opcionalmente, em um veículo cosmeticamente ou farmaceuticamente aceitável, partículas que encerram um agente de beneficiamento cosmeticamente eficaz ativo em uma localização alvo acessível por aplicação na pele e/ou cabelo, e que tem meios para fazer a ligação a uma superfície orgânica na localização alvo. Em particular, as partículas são lipossomas e tem meios para fazer a ligação aos microorganismos presentes na pele e/ou cabelo, por exemplo, os responsáveis pelas doenças da pele, irritação do couro cabelo e áreas com odor nas axilas e nos pés.
