Abstract
São utilizados materiais contendo silício e germânio na superfície dos condutores de dispositivos eletrônicos. A solda pode ser aderida sem fusão e os condutores podem ser ligados por adesão filar a essas superfícies. Esse materiais são empregados como revestimento de superfície de estruturas de superfície de condutores para o encapsulamento de microplaquetas de circuitos integrados. Esses materiais podem ser transferidos por decalcomania sobre as superfícies dos condutores, ou dispostos sobre elas sem processos eletrolíticos, ou então eletroliticamente.
