Trata-se de um equipamento desenvolvido para movimentar, em qualquer direção, veículos em lojas, estacionamentos, etc, de pino regular e plano. Consta de duas peças em "L" (1,3), acopladas entre si, onde, com auxílio de um pedal (12), linguetas (13, 19) e cremalheira (2) aproxima-se as duas peças, apoiando o pneumático do veículo sobre os roletes (5), ficando o veículo apoiado no solo através dos rodízios (8).
