Abstract

Refere-se esta invenção a moldagens de espuma de poliuretano preparada reagindo-se um poliisocianato específico com um poliól na presença de água como agente de sopro primário, onde o poliisocianato compreende uma mistura de poliisocianato específico de um pré-polímero terminado em NCO preparado empregando poli(oxitetrametileno) glicol ("PTMG") com polimetileno polifenil poliisocianato ("MDI Polimérico"), ou um pré-polímero terminado em NCO preparado da reação de um poliisocianato orgânico contendo MDI Polimérico como componente essencial com PTMG. As moldagens de espuma de poliuretano têm excelente resistência à abrasão e podem ser úteis para volantes, encosto para cabeça, descanso para os braços automotivos e similares.
