É sugerido um escariador com uma só faca (1) com um corpo básico, em cuja parede periférica é introduzida uma placa de faca (7) e pelo menos uma régua de guia (9, 33) encaixada em ranhuras (31, 35) decorrentes em direção longitudinal do corpo básico, e que se distingue pelo fato de que a superfície de ajustamento (50) da régua de guia (9, 33) abrange diamante, pelo menos em áreas.
