Abstract
Uma solução de precursor de aglutinante, termicamente curável, revestível, a solução incluindo uma solução com 30-95% em sólidos de uma resina termicamente curável, e um diluente reativo. O diluente reativo pode ser selecionado dentre derivados de uréia, 2-aminoálcoois substituídos por alquila, b -cetoalquilamidas, nitroalcanos, e poli(oxialquileno)aminas, e tem pelo menos um grupo funcional independentemente reativo com grupos metilol da resina e com aldeídos. A resina termicamente curável pode incluir até 50% (peso de resina total) de um monômero etilenicamente insaturado. Os processos para confeccionar os artigos abrasivos são também apresentados.
