"PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE BOMBOM DE SORVETE E SIMILARES", que compreende a manufatura do chocolate elevando-se sua temperatura entre 30 a 40°C, ou seja, até o seu estado líquido, para em seguida resfriá-lo naturalmente numa temperatura entre 25 a 28°C, quando ele ainda se mantém em estado líquido, porém frio, para então ser aplicado, em camadas, sobre uma forma que é levada a resfriamento rápido, endurecendo definitivamente o chocolate, para então ser aplicado um recheio de sorvete ou mousse.
