Abstract
Esta invenção refere-se a um processo de amplificação e detecção de ácido nucleico alvo que opera em uma temperatura única e faz uso de uma polimerase em conjunção com uma endonuclease que irá entalhar o cordão polimerizado de modo que a polimerase deslocará o cordão sem digestão enquanto gerando um cordão recém polimerizado.
