Abstract
Uma mola de compressão radial (20') tendo a forma de um elastômero que tem uma razão de deformação plástica para deformação elástica que é maior que 1,5 para 1 em um corpo oco tendo partes de paredes orientadas (24') que incluem uma flexão como resultado de pré-compressão radial. A mola é pré-comprimida para superar a característica de ajuste de compressão do elastômero e para orientar sua estrutura molecular.
