Abstract
A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas em forma de dosagem unitária, especialmente em forma de dosagem unitária deglutível tais como "caplets" e pastilhas, que compreendem subsalicilato de bismuto e uma fonte de íons cloreto (por exemplo, cloreto de cálcio), onde a razão molar de íons cloreto para subsalicilato de bismuto é maior do que cerca de 1:5.
