Abstract
Um instrumento oftálmico para fixar o olho de um paciente durante um procedimento oftálmico. O instrumento inclui um espéculo (20) fixável contra a orbita óssea do paciente, e o anel de fixação (60) afixável ao olho do paciente, o anel incluindo tanto um mecanismo (22) para fixar o anel com respeito ao olho e um mecanismo (66) para afixar ajustavelmente o anel ao espéculo. O instrumento pode incluir um ou mais níveis tipo bolha (62) apoiados pelo anel de fixação para indicar a orientação do anel e ajudar o cirurgião ao orientar o olho do paciente antes da fixação do anel ao espéculo.
