Abstract

A presente invenção trata da utilização de qualquer um dos antibióticos ionoforéticos poliéteres nos meios de fermentação alcoólica industrial. A doses de 0,5 a 1,5 ppm, estes antibióticos impedem o crescimento bacteriano e permitem uma melhor produtividade da fermentação alcoólica pelo fermento.
