Abstract
Patente de Invenção de "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE POLIÉSTERES TERMINADOS EM ÁCIDO OU HIDROXILO", no qual poliésteres são preparados a partir de compostos contendo dihidroxilo e ácidos dicarboxílicos ou anidridos ou ésteres de alquila inferior do mesmo na presença de uma combinação de catalisadores de estanho compreendendo (1) pelo menos um sal de organoestanho de um ácido carboxílico, e (2) ou (a) pelo menos um óxido de organoestanho, ou (b) pelo menos um ácido organoestanóico, ou (c) uma combinação de (a) e (b). Os poliésteres preparados por este processo são úteis em aplicações de revestimento, adesivo, fibra e moldagem.
