Os éteres de ciclo-hexenonoxima tem a fórmula geral (I) na qual n é 0 a 5, m é 0 a 2; R^ 1^ representa alquila C~ 1~-C~ 6~; R^ 2^ representa alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~ ou benzila; A representa alquileno C~ 1~-C~ 6~, alquenileno C~ 3~-C~ 6~, alquinileno C~ 3~-C~ 6~, opcionalmente substituídos, cadeia de alquileno C~ 3~-C~ 6~, ou de alquenileno C~ 4~-C~ 6~, eventualmente substituídas, em que um grupo metileno pode estar substituído por O, S, SO, SO~ 2~ ou -N(R^ a^)-; R^ a^ = H, alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, alquenila C~ 3~-C~ 6~, alquinila C~ 3~-C~ 6~; Z = fenila, heteroaromático de 5 membros ou heteroaromáticos de 6 membros, com 1 até 4 átomos de nitrogênio; X = NO~ 2~, CN, halogênio, alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, halogenoalquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, alcóxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~, alquiltio C~ 1~-C~ 4~, halogenoalcóxi C~ 1~-C~ 4~, COOH, alcoxicarbonila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, benziloxicarbonila, opcionalmente substituída, fenila, eventualmente substituída, piridila, eventualmente substituída, -NR^ b^R^ c^:R^ b^ = H, alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, alquenila C~ 3~-C~ 6~, alquinila C~ 3~-C~ 6~, R^ c^ = H, alquila C~ 1~-C~ 4~, alquenila C~ 3~-C~ 6~, alquinila C~ 3~-C~ 6~, acila C~ 1~-C~ 6~, benzoila, eventualmente substituída, bem como seus sais e ésteres de ácidos carboxílicos C~ 1~-C~ 10~, e de ácidos inorgânicos. Os compostos (I) são adequados como herbicidas.
