Abstract
Um processo para a manufatura de um concentrado a partir de um suco o qual pode ser usado para fazer um pó que pode ser reconstituído como uma bebida de suco por meio da adição de água no pó ou para fazer um sólido igual ao puxa-puxa o qual pode ser consumido sem ser reconstituído e dentro do qual o suco é secado por congelamento ou por pulverização, inclui o uso dos lubrificantes estearato de zinco e estearato de cálcio e/ou dextrano para aumentar a textura do suco seco de tal forma que ele possa ser empacotado e estocado para consumo posterior.
