Abstract

Um processo de e aparelho para a conformação de peças de trabalho metálicas (9) inclui o suprimento de um metal ou liga, por exemplo, estanho ou liga de estanho, sobre a superfície de pelo menos um corpo de moldagem resfriado (1, 3), que é engajado pelo metal em fusão a ser conformado. Isso é particularmente aplicado a alumínio em fusão. Em um fundidor de cilindro duplo, forma-se uma camada de estanho sobre a periferia de cada cilindro, antes ou durante a fundição.
