Abstract
Trata-se de um processo e um aparelho para supervisão de resposta de chamada telefônica, passível de detectar a conclusão de chamadas nacionais e internacionais, que empregam formatos diferentes de confirmação de resposta e proporcionam confirmação de que uma chamada feita foi respondida, se ocorrer pelo menos uma das condições a seguir: 1) um tom de uma dada freqúência, transmitido na linha de transmissão (18) do telefone é detectado como recebido de volta na linha de recebimento (22); e 2) a atividade áudio tendo uma cadência não-repetitiva é detectada nas linhas de transmissão e recebimento do telefone.
