Abstract
"LIGAS-MESTRE DE ALUMÍNIO CONTENDO ESTRÔNCIO E BORO PARA REFINAR GRÃO E MODIFICAR". Ligas-mestre de alumínio aperfeiçoadas contendo estrôncio e boro são providas para simultaneamente modificação e refino de grão de ligas de Al, e em particular, ligas Al-Si hipoeutéticas. A liga-mestre aperfeiçoada contém, em porcentagem em peso, cerca de 0,20-20% Sr, 0,10-10% B e o balanço Al com impurezas. A liga-mestre também pode conter cerca de 0,20 a cerca de 20% de Si em porcentagem em peso. As ligas-mestre têm um alto grau de dutilidade para propósitos de formação de estoque de bastão de liga-mestre laminado continuamente.
