Abstract
É revelado um aparelho e processo para comparação de taxa de relógio em redes independentes. O aparelho aceita dados de um modem (126) para dentro de uma memória temporária (400) e determina a diferença entre a taxa dos dados na memória temporária (400) na taxa de relógio do modem em relação à taxa de dados saindo da memória temporária (400) na taxa de relógio utilizada pelo aparelho. Dependendo da diferença de taxas, o aparelho tanto acelera quanto retarda a taxa de dados de forma compatível.
