Abstract
Para o melhor esfriamento e para o melhoramento das condições de partida de um forno de arco voltaico de corrente contínua, está previsto um eletrodo de soleira constituído de pelo menos uma barra metálica, o qual é esfriado por pelo menos um canal de esfriamento, o qual se estende ao longo da barra metálica até a extremidade interior desta e desemboca no espaço interno do forno.
