Abstract

Cabeça de extrusão (14) para a produção de fios a partir de uma matéria tornada pastosa por aquecimento compreendendo pelo menos um corpo (16) definindo uma câmara de repartição (15) de matéria pastosa acima de uma placa (38) perfurada de orifícios de extrusão; a câmara é alimentada por um canal lateral superior (19) e inclui uma seção de passagem para baixo decrescente em pelo menos uma parte (24) da altura da câmara à medida que se afasta para baixo. Este decréscimo é arranjado para gerar no tempo, tensões de pressão e de cisalhamento sobre a matéria pastosa, entre o canal de alimentação lateral (19) e o fundo da câmara (27), respectivamente sensivelmente idênticos, qualquer que seja o caminho seguido pela dita matéria pastosa.
