Abstract

Um aparelho batedor para suspensões de fibras, incluindo um compartimento (3), possuindo pelo menos uma entrada (13) para suspensão, e uma saída (14) para suspensão batida, um rotor (9) instalado com rotação no compartimento e, possuindo uma superfície de batimento, na qual se abrem perfurações (10), se estendendo através do rotor, e pelo menos um estator (19) instalado no compartimento e, possuindo uma sapata do estator (31) posicionada próxima à superfície de batimento do rotor. Para impedir que suspensão não batida atinja a saída, um dispositivo de proteção e guia (24; 35) é instalado entre a entrada e a saída, esta dispositivo de proteção e guia, conduzindo todo o fluxo a entrada e a saída através da sapata do estator (59).
