Aglutinante diluível em água, modificado com uretana e contendo grupos hidroxila, preparado por reação de um poliéster contendo grupos hidroxila e grupos de ácido neutralizados e/ou neutralizaáveis, com quantidades subestequiométricas (com relação ao número de grupos hidroxila livres) de um poliisocianato parcialmente bloqueado. Esses aglutinantes prestam-se para a preparação de filmes de laca e outros revestimentos desse tipo.
