Refere-se o presente invento a um método de plastificação de uma estrutura que compreende as etapas de: - preparar um molde formato adequado; - pulverizar um produto plástico flexível, esponjoso e elástico no molde; - imergir a face a recobrir da estrutura no conteúdo plástico fluido do molde; - retirar a estrutura do molde com o plástico nela aderido; - pulverizar novamente o mesmo produto plástico no molde; - imergir a face oposta da estrutura no conteúdo plástico do molde; e - retirar a estrutura do molde com as faces opostas plastificadas.
