Abstract
Uma emulsão de óleo em água, viscosa, bimodal, de baixa viscosidade, estável, tendo um emulsificador, uma fase em água contínua e uma fase em óleo descontínua, tendo uma relação óleo: água de cerca de 70:30 a cerca de 85:15 em peso, a fase em óleo descontínua sendo caracterizada por dois tamanhos de gotícula de óleo distintos, D~ L~/D~ S~. em que D~ L~ é cerca de 10 a 40 mícrons e D~ S~ é menor do que ou igual a 5 mícrons, a relação de D~ L~/D~ S~ é maior do que ou igual a 4 e cerca de 45 a 85% em peso do óleo tem um tamanho de gotícula de óleo D~ L~.
