Abstract

Processo de revestimento por laser (13) de peças cilíndricas (11), no qual após polimento da superfície a ser revestida, se faz girar a peça (11) em torno de seu eixo, se emite um feixe laser (14) parcialmente focalizado sobre a superfície da peça (11), e se projeta um pó pré-ligado que tem a composição da liga a ser depositada na zona (15) de interação entre o feixe (14) e a peça (11). Realizam-se passagens, de acordo com geratrizes não anexas da haste em passagens segundo hélices não anexas até recobrir totalmente a superfície da peça (11). Reconstituição de superfície usada sem distorção notável da peça, em particular para as hastes de comando de turbinas a vapor.
