Abstract
A presente invenção se refere a um separador e lavador de gases gerados na queima de aparas de borracha em fornos, controlando assim a emissão de gases e fuligem que emanam na atmosfera. O sistema compreende um elemento quadrangular (1) contendo uma tubulação em cima de uma coifa anexada a uma tubulação fixa (4) que se desloca sobre trilhos (2) quando os fornos estiverem operando. Os rejeitos são direcionados a um separador hidráulico (5) onde é feita a sua lavagem, enquanto os sólidos são encaminhados por meio de uma tubulação (6) a um tanque de decantação onde serão tratados e separados.
