Abstract
São divulgadas camadas resistivas planares eletrodepositadas, que podem ser combinadas com camadas condutoras e camadas isolantes para produzir laminados úteis na preparação de placas de circuitos impressos. As camadas resistivas são preparadas por eletrodeposição de um banho de eletrodeposição contendo uma fonte de um componente metálico normalmente condutor e uma fonte de um aditivo de aumento de resistência não-metálico. Podem ser produzidos resistores planares que têm resistências de lâmina na faixa de cerca de 15 a cerca de 1000 por quadrado.
