Abstract
Um sistema de acionamento de motor para acionar um motor PSC monofásico, no qual os dois enrolamentos de motor estão isolados condutivamente um do outro, a partir de uma fonte de potência bifásica. Numa realização, o motor PSC é suprido a partir de um circuito inversor bifásico. O motor PSC pode também ser ligado, através de um comutador de duas vias, com quatro pólos, ou a uma fonte monofásica que inclui um capacitor de marcha, ou a um circuito inversor bifásico.
