Abstract
O dispositivo para a moldagem de bobinas embutidas em ranhuras radiais internas abertas de um pacote de chapas de rotor ou de estator (10) de um motor elétrico consiste em uma retenção (14) para o pacote de chapas (10) e um mandril de moldagem (16). Este possui várias lâminas (30) radialmente retiráveis, distribuídas pela periferia. Através de barras de avanço (24) acionáveis independentemente umas das outras, diferentes grupos de lâminas (30) podem ser retiradas por uma extensão de trajeto radial predeterminada, a fim de empurrar radialmente para fora e moldar em ranhuras determinadas as meadas de bobina lá embutidas. Além disso, estão presentes anéis perfilados (52) que podem trafegar axialmente em relação ao pacote de chapas (10), a fim de moldar também as cabeças de rolamento.
